Green Onion Powder - Shallot Tops Seasoning

These Shallot Tops have been dried and powered, creating a clean green colour and light oniony taste that can be sprinkled on anything that needs a little savoury hit. There is nothing artificial in this. Actually, we added nothing at all, making these are very pleasant addition to many things.

We try not to give the chooks too much good stuff and in this instance when creating the fermented shallots there were so many green tops left and they tasted so good, too good for the egg layers.

This is a low waste and low travel product.
