With some fresh and crunchy Autumn veg from Pimlico Organic Produce, featuring Certified Organic Cauliflower, Carrot, Onion, Jalapeno and a little home grown Bay leaf and Thyme. These super fresh vegies were fermented for 2 months and the flavour and crunch factor are superb, super juicy!

This super crunchy and flavoursome Italian relish is perfect for sandwiches, makes a great addition to salads or a side of its own. It goes great with many tasty foods, if you don't just eat the whole jar on its own.
