Kimchi Juice

For the lovers of local and lovers of the spicy and funky condiment that is Kimchi, now we have Kimchi Juice - the lacto liquid left over from making the Kimchi. This liquid is full of flavour and all the beneficial elements that were in the Kimchi.

This is a true product of Kyogle. With the Pak Choi, Spring Onion and Garlic coming from Roseberry Growers and the chilli and fermenting by Shedhouse Farm.

Another benefit of it being this type of low waste product, there is not as much in the process meaning we can sell it at a reduced price from our other tonics and purpose made pickle juices, which have a bit more go into them. It does also mean we end up with less to share however.

Use this as a daily tonic, to infuse drinks with flavour or as a sour and spicy twist in a soup.
