Jalapeno Pickles

Juicy green Jalapenos grown at Farmer Fosters and transported direct to Shedhouse Farm where they underwent a lacto fermentation pickling process which locks in the freshness and brings out the underlying flavours not usually as prominent in regular pickled Jalapenos.

These are a direct replacement for the vinegar pickled Jalapenos which sometimes can be a bit tart, bit too soft and with a bit less flavour.
